In collaboration with the Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association (CEDIA), ICIA directly addresses the needs of its professional AV members who are working in or are interested in developing opportunities in the growing residential market. That's about 25 percent of ICIA members, according to Melissa Taggart, ICIA vice president of education and workforce development.
