WASHINGTON, D.C.--Leonardo Chiariglione, vice president of Multimedia for the Research Centre of Telecom Italia Group (Telecom Italia Lab) will provide the opening keynote for the NAB 2003 Broadcast Engineering Conference, April 6 in Las Vegas.
