For capturing actors' voices, consider Shure's UR1M wireless micro-body-pack transmitter. Weighing in at a minimal 3oz. with two AAA batteries, the unit is said to be half the size of most standard body packs. Shure's Audio Reference Companding technology helps deliver good audio. The UR1M is part of the company's UHF-R wireless-microphone-system platform, which includes an updated version of Shure's Wireless Workbench software.
