Texas Instruments (TI) initiated a new era in projection with its development of digitally addressable DLP technology. Now, at InfoComm 09, products from Mitsubishi and Viewsonic are using TI’s latest innovation—a DLP chip that can sync to 3D shutter glasses—to deliver a new generation of inexpensive 3D projectors aimed at classroom, business, and even gamer use.
