Meridian Technologies Unveils New Fiber-optic Transmitter and Receiver

Meridian Technologies has unveiled a new professional-grade DVI/RGsB/RGBHV fiber-optic video transmission system as part of its DigiView series products for the pro AV market. Some of the unique features include realtime video transmission over one multimode fiber; DVI, RGBHV and RGsB available in the same module; auto-select resolution and refresh rates up to 1600x1200 at 75Hz; RGB-DVI and DVI-RGB signal conversion; and an optional DDC (Data Display Channel) interface.
