Strength in I/O I/O just keeps getting more interesting. Now, MOTU announces a powerful HD/SD video production suite based around its new interface hardware, the V3HD. Capture/playback options include compressed HD and uncompressed SD via HD/SD-SDI, component HD, DVI, HDMI, and NTSC and PAL in standard analog formats. For compressed HD editing, the 2RU box captures 720p, 1080i/p, and 1080PsF via FireWire and converts it to DVCPRO HD for use in Apple Final Cut Pro (for Mac users) or Adobe Premiere Pro (PC users only).
